My sista and I on the swing inside my uncle's place.

The interior of my uncle's house. It's big. 2 bungalows joined together. The other half he used it as an office.

We visited another uncle living in a farm house. He's retired, everyday play with doggies and cat, plant vegetables and rear catfishes. Cool hor?

Field. Where are the vegetables?!

My sista and me under the hot sun. I wished for air-con. Haa.

This cat is very clever. Her companion was lost and according to my uncle, most probably eaten up by some animal out in the field.

Cute Fido!

Posted by Hello

I love the dogs. Fido was a little puppy when I last saw him. I could carry him with one hand and lift him up. (My palm's small btw.) Can you imagine how little and cute he was?

Now he's all grown up but still a puppy. He's the more mischievous one. Hehe. When he saw us, he jumped and jumped. Used his paws to hit the gate vigorously. Haha. His tail kept wagging. So cute!!

So we let both doggies out to play. Wow. I've never seen such excited dogs. A big contrast to the other 2 guard dogs outside the house. Those kept barking at our car when we drove in. Hee.

I'm in Thailand now

Hi blog,

It has been relaxing and fun for me these few days. I didn't buy mucn things. Hatyai is not as good as to shop in Singapore, because the fashion here is different from ours.

Yesterday I ate something unclean. Stomache and shivers. Luckily, my mum brought medicine. Miracle pills! I ate and the feeling disappeared.

I'm bringing back a few dvds to watch. My uncle has a whole drawer of new movies. Cheap and they're not pirated wor. I watched The Pacifier last night. :)

Tomorrow we'll be taking van back to Malaysia. It would be a 2 hour ride.

Photos will be uploaded later!

Sunday, June 12, 2005

Morning I helped my papa at the stall until my sister came to take over me at 4pm. Then I rushed home and rushed out to Cityhall.

The usual four, we went to Polar Cafe at Suntec for simple dinner. It is no GST, no service charge, so nobody came to serve us.

We bring the menu ourselves, cutlery and walked to the counter to order. Really self-service. But it's really no service charge mah! Haa. The food is so-so but cheap.

After that, we searched for a place for a drink. Walked one big round, we ended up at Olio dome! Ordered drinks and talked about almost anything. From paris to stock to vintage to how to count money in Chinese. Haa! How much is yi2 yi4?!

I had a good time. Hope yk likes the shirt we bought, which is a bit small. Haa. Hope the salesgirl will let us change size!

Inside Olio, the ceiling lights are special.

Posted by Hello

Ay with her non-camera phone while the rest of us tried to take photos of the ceiling. Haha.

Hard Rock Cafe 1.6.2005

Wow. As I typed the date above, I've realised time passes fast. Today I went Hard Rock Cafe for the first time.

First thought in my mind: Will there be terrorists ???

Steak for him and grilled chicken for her. ('Cause I don't really like taking beef.) Pictures will descibe all...

My 'poh pia'

Posted by Hello

My chicken came in a sizzling hot plate and pieces of 'poh pia' skin. Hee.

'Poh Pia' is yummy!

Jumbo combo

An additional side dish which made us feel like ballons.

Good spread

Posted by Hello

Looks delicious right? Hehe. The food is not bad. I'll rate 3.8 stars out of 5! Right now Hard Rock is having a 1 for 1 offer with some credit card.

He said the service is good there, waitresses and waiters are friendly. I said the waitresses look like nurses with short skirts, and he agreed. :)

**************************

Yesterday I went Chinatown and my sista. We bought so many beading materials!

Beads, crystals, buttons etc.

Posted by Hello

We shopped at 3 shops in total. So many many goodies! I want to make many many earrings. :)
